1. Thermal Break Technology (PA66 GF25 Polyamide Strips)
Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat, which traditionally limited its energy performance. To prevent thermal bridging, our profiles integrate high-grade PA66 GF25 (polyamide reinforced with 25% fiberglass) thermal barrier strips. These strips isolate the exterior aluminum profile from the interior frame, reducing thermal transmittance (U-factor) and preventing condensation in cold climates.
2. Double & Triple Insulated Glazing Units (IGUs)
Our automated glass production lines fabricate IGUs using tempered Low-E glass, argon gas filling, and warm-edge spacers. This combination reflects infrared radiation back to its source, keeping buildings cool in summer and warm in winter, while maintaining high visual light transmittance (VLT).
